I am Hexuan Cai, illustrator, designer, and oil painter, who comes from China and studied in Rochester, NY. I want to be a professional artist in the future. Mixing many different things attracts me a lot. I want to share my experience and pour my art inspiration. I also like to share. Through communication with others, I could absorb fresh ideas and new viewpoints from others.

I like to express myself through drawing when I was a child. I know the emotion which I have to the drawing at that age. I work a lot on illustrations and am unique in drawing lines. I love to use lines to describe different feelings, and I think the progress of my drawing is fantastic for me, making me feel very comfortable and peaceful. When I grow up, I figure out how to make my lines move. My aim changes to animation; it could show my idea at the upper level. I learn a lot of knowledge about the film. My paintings were also affected and began to be full of story-telling features.

But I am not satisfied with this, and I always seek breakthroughs in artistic creation. So I came into contact with more different kinds of art forms, and every other medium made me feel excited. It's like learning more other languages. I like solid feelings and deep thinking; I want to show these in my artworks. I am still finding different ways to make my artwork better. I combined many other cultural elements and put them together. I am trying to find a balance point that fits for me to show my style.
